Howlers Terms and Conditions for Dog Services

I, the customer confirm that my dog(s) is of a non-agressive nature, but should the dog(s) show aggressive tendencies at any time, beyond reasonable acceptance, Howlers has the right to cancel all future services.
I, the customer agree to provide or arrange for keys to my property to be available to Howlers in order that they may be able to carry out the services booked.
I, the customer confirm that my dog's vaccinations are up-to-date and that my dog is in good general health, to the best of my knowledge.
I, the customer agree that Howlers make any decisions regarding my dog's health whilst in their care, providing it is acting in the dog's best interests and is on the advice of a qualified veterinary surgeon. I, the customer agree that Howlers may use an alternative veterinary practice should my regular vet be unavailable. If I, the customer am in disagreement, I will provide an alternative contact number to Howlers, who will make any decisions for me that may be necessary in an emergency situation. I, the customer will enter these contact details upon the booking form. I, the customer, agree to reimburse Howlers for any fees incurred in obtaining veterinary care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits, transportation, housing, food and supplies.
I, the customer agree that failure to give 12 hours notice of any cancellation of a booking to Howlers will result in the full fee being charged.
I, the customer, agree to notify Howlers of any concerns or complaints within 24 hours of any appointments.
Howlers' Responsibilities to the Client
Howlers will not consider any dangerous dog breeds or aggressive dogs.
Howlers will make every effort to contact the customer, should your dog(s) require emergency care, but if this is not possible, an alternative veterinary practice will be sought should the customer's regular vet be unavailable.
Howlers accepts no responsibility for security of the customer's property, or loss within the customers property, if other individuals have access to the customer's home during the term of this agreement.
Howlers is fully insured for public liability should your dog cause harm or damage to employees or members of the general public.
It is understood that Howlers will not be held responsible for any damage to the client's property, or the property of others, caused by your dog(s) whilst in Howlers' care.
Howlers pledge to love and care for your dog(s) whilst you, the customer, is absent.
